Welcome to your peaceful lake retreat! Unwind and live on lake time in a completely renovated, modern lake house. There is room for the whole family, whether you are relaxing inside, on the screened porch, or out on the party dock!

You will have the home all to yourself - enjoy a meal in the well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Sit by the fireplace and watch a movie or play cards at the game table. Head downstairs and practice your putting game in the game room - or challenge a friend to a game of air hockey, video games, or a board game! Need to work? We have a space for that, and you can peek outside while at the desk and watch the lake. Head outside and enjoy any weather in the screened in porch, grill some delicious food, and play some corn hole! Take a walk down the steps to the single-slip party dock where you can take in some sun, watch the boats float by, take the kayaks out to explore, or dock your boat (or rent one!). There is a boat launch right around the corner!

Lanier Shores is a beautiful, newly renovated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home that sleeps 8 and offers the following:

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
